Chicago Restaurant Week Kicks Off Today!
There are many reasons why Chicago is one of the United States’ preeminent cities: its architecture and music, of course, but Chicago’s culinary tradition might top them both, and you can celebrate the best of Chicago’s restaurant scene during the 13th annual Chicago Restaurant Week. This year’s expanded festivities will run from January 24 to February 9, giving you 17 full days to enjoy the best of what the Chicagoland dining scene has to offer.
Participating restaurants run the gamut from Michelin-star fine dining establishments to tried-and-true neighborhood favorites, and all will offer special prix fixe menus set at $24 for brunch or lunch, or $36 to $48 for dinner (excluding drinks, tax, and tip). Use the website’s restaurant week guide to search through the over 400 participating restaurants, filtering by cuisine, by neighborhood, and by time of day to find the best match for you. Who knows? You might discover your new favorite place.
